Great Falls Hokkaido Ramen Sushi

The food is soooo hit or miss, I only have to assume it’s based on what crew is running the kitchen.I have had wonderful meals recently but also horrible meals, such as my last one. Sadly I probably won’t be going back, as every portion of our meal except the one ramen dish had some kind of flaw.Try at your own risk.

Please visit this restaurant, it is amazing. I lived in Japan for a number of years and this tasted like “home”. We ordered the gyoza, chicken karaage, rainbow roll and the black garlic tonkotsu ramen. Everything was spot on from the tenderness of the gyoza to the richness of the ramen. It was a delightful surprise to come here and I look forward to the next time I can visit.

Sushi was decent but Ramen was not. Lacking in toppings and predominantly noodles. Also not much on flavor in broth. Service was meh. Also had appetizers lsvking flavor.

Pretty disappointed, when they first opened the food, atmosphere and service was great! Now the quality and freshness not so much. Poke bowl the avocado was brown and fish not fresh. Ramen was cold. What happened?

I'm not to sure what's going but this used to be one of my favorite spots to go to in town. Unfortunately the food and service has gone down hill.
