If you've been to one five guys you've been to all of them. This one is no exception, from the open kitchen to the news articles on the walls proclaiming the superiority of five guys in multiple markets across the US, to the peanuts for snacking on, to the bags of potatoes used as a line divider. The restaurant itself is mostly spotless, save for the random piles of peanut shells on the floor (I'm still not sure if that's the way you're supposed to eat them at five guys, but who knows). The order takers are nice, quick, and professional. The cooks are quick and always do a good job.Overall, it's a nice experience and the food is a notch above the burger King, McDonald's, and Hardee's in this town.
The burgers are really good but not good enough to pay $8.50 for just a burger. The staff is awesome and the fries were great but honestly I paid nearly $50 for three of us to eat and drink and that is ridiculous for a burger chain. We won't be returning.
Omg the milkshakes are so good!!! I had chocolate it was rich tasty and I love the fries. It did take a little bit longer than expected but not too bad
Not as good as the other locations in the state. Slow service, fries are over cooked, and the burgers aren't as good. Missoula is the best. They could also do less talking while cooking and maybe work on getting the food faster to the customer.
