They messed up our order and forgot to give us the deep fried cheese curds. They don’t do the cheese curds in Canada, so it was the thing we were most excited about it and we were already back on the I-15 on our road trip before we noticed. Don’t leave the window before you check your order here. Food: 4

We were visiting from California. My wife likes hamburgers and wanted to stop here on our last day in Great Falls. I remember growing up in San Diego and loving the A&W burgers w/ their special sauce , which I think was 1000 island dressing. This burger was mustard and ketchup, ordinary. The cashier was a nice enough guy, and my wife a a had a root beer float and I had their root beer, supposedly made there at the store each day.. I don 't see A&Ws in California, and this one was a disappointment. It is not that expensive, but I prefer Roadhouse, Cattleman 's Cut, or Tracy 's for a good burger.

Service sucks here, waited to order at the register for over 5 minutes with employees refusing to even acknowledge your existence even though they keep walking by the counter. Don't waste your time here

This Franchise’s owner and district managers should feel ashamed of the way there employees treated that poor woman in the drive thru by throwing a cup at her face. Regardless of the situation as an employee you never go to that much of an extreme with a customer. Absolutely despicable and embarrassing.
