Black Lion Pub - Great Dunmow

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the beautiful terrace at this restaurant. The service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly friendly. We even got to pet some cute dogs. The price per person was between £10-£20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received perfect scores of 5. I highly recommend trying the Sausage Sandwich. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking options.

Pleasantly surprised by the food here. Ordered a tuna sandwich which then came with fries and a side salad. Food was great and the pub was fairly quiet for a Saturday afternoon. They have several large screen TV'S and sky sports. Good value at around £10 for a sandwich chips and salad and half a Cider. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great traditional Pub with really good food and friendly service. We had the Black Lion salad, a panini and a Burger, all great with lovely drinks too. Followed by some great old fashioned deserts too, who doesn’t love Jam Roly-Poly pudding. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
