Got the medium twist cone for me and the medium chocolate cone.

My nephew ordered his own ice cream, chocolate ice cream with sprinkles, got the ice cream without the sprinkles. I paid $25 tipped them $5, told them they forgot the sprinkles and they say it’ll be $1, I told them he said he wanted them when he ordered in the first place. And that I tipped $5 the teenage girl responded with “so, and?” I give them $1 they say 6 cents, THEY MADE ME GIVE THEM 6 CENTS, to give me back chocolate ice cream with i teaspoon of sprinkles on it. Thanks team, you’re wonderful. Btw, rude team. All of them. Especially the skinny blonde girl. I’d give this place 0 reviews. And the blizzards sucked.

Awful Dairy Queen. Customer service was terrible. Skimpy portions. Waste of money. Every other Dairy Queen is so much better, especially West Branch!

Girl thinks she can have both air pods in during work and then gets upset when asked if they are open and being from out of town I asked if they’re ice cream only gets even more mad at me and goes uh yeah and then I said thank you have a good day and she just proceeds to exhale as if she’s annoyed and goes uh ok like who taught you people skills shouldn’t be working service then if you wanna be unbothered in your own world all the time.
