I hate to leave negative reviews, but I have to be honest - this restaurant was not good. It seemed like the chef wasn't even there that night and they had to get help from someone else. It was a red flag when we were the only ones in the restaurant all night. We were told they had cancellations, but we weren't convinced. The kebab was okay, but the king prawn butterfly was overwhelmed by thick batter. The salad looked like it was thrown together haphazardly. The Butter Chicken tasted like frozen chicken and the sauce was bland. The Sag Paneer was strange and unlike any we've had before. The Mushroom rice was lackluster. The Naan was the only decent thing, even though it was small. We ordered 3 different bottles of wine, but none were available. We asked to take it home to see if someone else would want it.
We entered the restaurant and were welcomed by a friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious and we all look forward to returning for another enjoyable evening of great cuisine.
We heard the staff from previous bad reviews had changed so decided to give them a go and I've got to say I'm so glad we did the food and service we received was outstanding and the staff were friendly polite helpful and welcoming we will most definitely be regular visitors from now on
Since I moved to Gravesend I have tried almost every curry house I can. I have settled on Milaad 2 as my favourite. I particularly like their Chicken Tikka Vindaloo and Coconut rice. Their Sag Paneer is also tasty. They have friendly staff too. Definitely worth trying!
