This restaurant does not take reservations. In addition, our food was delayed in being delivered. The manager offered to order us two appetizers as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, but they never arrived.
I attempted to address the issues I experienced at the DFW location in June. Both of you responded and promised to rectify the situation. @TGIFridays, you even sent me gift cards. When I tried to use them with an @OpenTable reservation, I was given a blank stare and had to scramble to find a cord for the iPad. It was very disorganized. Why not just call it quits for the sake of both reputable companies and avoid further tarnishing their reputation?
I reserved a table and went to the restaurant after receiving the confirmation. The young black man at the door was informed about the reservation. He went and asked a waitress if we had a reservation. He came back and said you didn't have a reservation. I showed him the app and confirmation and he laughed and said we didn't do the app! then continued to sit other people in the line. So if you use a table in the TGI Friday at Gate C8 in the DFW airport, you will be ignored and laughed by waiting personnel.
Never knew that Fridays served breakfastand it was for good reason.
