Bidra med feedbackFor a food hall feel menu it's hard to expect much from a vendor but I do expect the food to be hot and drained from the deep fryer, the inside was lukewarm and there was a lot of excess oil. I would have taken them back but there were still several people in line that I didn't want to bother. A little more attention to detail would go a long way
10 of us stayed at Hotel Vin for my birthday, which is on NYE, and all I wanted to do was watch the TCU semifinal game in harvest hall at the Third Rail. We grabbed some yummy food and headed inside third rail to watch the game. About 30 minutes into the game we found out that they were setting up for a New Year’s Eve party that night and one employee had told us that we needed to be out of there in 45 minutes. My husband and I panicked because there was no where else to watch the game. We spoke to the amazing manager of harvest hall, Mitch, and he was so nice and accommodating. He told us that we were welcome to watch the entire game and not to worry about getting out of there before it ended. He was so gracious and did not have to do that, but he wanted us to be happy and he even routed for TCU! What a great guy! Makes as want to come back and support him for his kindness. Thank you, Mitch! And Go Frogs!
While visiting family in Fort Worth, we ventured over to Grapevine to check out Harvest Hall. Set up like a food court but much nicer surroundings than just your ordinary mall food court. Interesting dining options with a variety of choices.
Service was fine and relatively quick but the flavors are definitely lacking. Pizza crust wasn't cooked through and the sauce on the pizza and in the lasagna was bland. Pass on by.
First of all, the girl at the register was eating (her food was right there . I asked her about the crust, she said it 's the normal kind because I didn 't want all crust and no content. I proceeded to order the Margherita, I hadn 't sat down when I got the text that my food was ready. I was disappointed at how quick it was made (pre-made . When I got it, it was CHEESE pizza!! I asked them for the basil, come on...don 't they supposed to know what 's on it?! A man grabbed some from the bin and placed it on my pizza. Once I took a bite, i realized that it was dough, marinara and A HINT of cheese. So, it costs almost 10 for bread, tomato and basil (which i had to remind them! If all they 're trying to do is make money, good for them, they 're getting it but not repeat customers! I will never come back to eat there. They don 't care. DON 'T SPEND YOUR THERE.
