Bidra med feedbackI ordered Pork Dumplings. The bowl comes with ten so I shared with my sister. We wanted try something light while we waited for the tower view experience. The Dumplings were good and I enjoyed them with Sriracha Sauce. The register employee was friendly and he answered my question before I ordered. On the picture you can see how steamy and warm I got them. Thank you!
Food was delicious and spicy, but for 15 bucks you can get better and more generous helpings other places.
Pros: the customer service, ambiance, and the hand made noodles.Cons: not a lot of vegetarian options, the fried rice was a little bland. The consistency of the noodles were so good. I got a level 3 spice and will say it was not spicy (at all). I’d recommend to get it again but maybe try the level 4-5 for flavor heat.
Ok at most. Its a rip off for what it costs. The food it not good. The Scallion Pancake was stail and super salty. Fried rice was ok at most, also a bit salty, not a lot of flavor, and weird ingridients that dont go. Avoid it. Most restaurants at this hall are the
Decided to give this restaurant a try after seeing several location information. Was in Grapevine for a trade show and this store was nearest. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out as well as expected. The location itself is in an interesting setting. The converted train station into a food court setting is different and cozy. There was also live music and trivia contest to make the location even more interesting. The only drawback is that the music was so loud that it was bordering on being painful. The food itself left much to be desired. The soup of the traditional beef noodle soup is what makes this a great dish. Unfortunately, the soup had very little taste. The only taste that was apparent was the hot sauce/oil that were used. There was little to any beef flavor in the soup.Next, the beef itself was thinly cut triangles instead of the traditional chunks of meat. I suppose that is the result of a making this dish into a “fast” food dish but the odd shape couldn’t hide the fact that the beef was overcooked and little taste. We also ordered the Taiwanese Chicken Nuggets. This was the worst version I have ever had. The traditional way of this dish is served with basil. There was none, which can be excused since, again, this is a “fast” food place. The biggest problem with this dish is that the chicken was overcooked to the point that they were dry and chewy. Several of the pieces were so dry that you couldn’t even bite into it. It was obvious that the chicken were refried, probably several times, to the point that it was like tough leather.I don’t know if the other locations are any better but I would certainly avoid this location if you plan on getting there after 8PM.
