I Fratelli Pizza Grapevine

We ordered a large Big Brother and a medium Canadian Bacon, Pineapple and Jalapeño pizza. Di Fratelli?s was very skimpy on the toppings. Plus, the Big Brother was suppose to come with black olives, but there was none on the pizza. Normally we reallyenjoy Di Fratelli?s food. But, unfortunately, their food quality can be very inconsistent at times. I can?t imagine going backfor a long time. These pizza are just too expensive not to get their best version every time.

Staff were friendly and clear about wait time after ordering. I ordered sausage and the pizza was overly salty. I could only taste the seasoning which was spread heavily on top. Two stars for the staff being organized. I would recommend lettingcustomers decide the seasoning level because some prefer to taste the ingredients.

Got the big brother delivered. Website estimated 65 min but it showed up in 30 min. Toppings were good but crust was stale and couldn’t taste the sauce. I think the crust was pre baked, then toppings put on and reheated just before being sent out for delivery. For $30, not really worth it. I will give them another shot at some point because there is potential for good pizza

It's a decent pizzeria, and I'm a pizza snob from Chicago. The Big Brother is my current go-to order. The free delivery is VERY encouraging ?
