McDonald's - Granville

I received only half of my delivery order, and there was no contact number provided. When I tried to reach out via email, I had to wait for a response. This is not the first time Granville MacDonald has messed up my order.

I tried the double sausage McMuffin meal with cheese and a coffee wrap meal at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the burger did not have any cheese in it and the coffee wrap was filled with chocolate. It might have just been a bad morning, but I would advise caution when ordering from this place.

I was recently at this restaurant and had a terrible experience. My daughter ordered an ice cream cone and a milkshake, but after 20 minutes she was still waiting. I went inside to see what was happening, and as soon as the employee saw me at the counter, she asked why my daughter was still waiting. After another 5 minutes, my daughter finally got her order. The service was very poor.

25 minutes waiting for 2 coffees at McCafe! If it were known to waste so much time, the waiting would not have disturbed. She needs more staff. Waited at McCafe Checkout age before it is even served. Then they found my order lost!!

Have been to this Macca's on a number of occasions and while it is usually quite a busy outlet. The service here is not bad and they do manage to keep the restaurant tables tidy.
