Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I took my daughter out to the York County Pauline Drive CB and had an awful meal. Roast beef was tough, literally tough. Cooked 14 hours...doubt it. Kids hash brown casserole was cold. My mashed potatoes were so cold the lump of butter, halfmelted, resolifified. The best part of the meal was the Mac n cheese both me and me daughter got. No cornbread or rolls. Nojelly. No request for refills. Sadly this is not the first time our food has been cold. Sorry guys, never again.

This location is mediocre at best. Order was to be done at 4 pm, waited for curbside then went in for pick up as no one was coming out with my order. After 55 minutes waiting I finally received my order. I am so disappointed. The food was lukewarm bythe time I received it. We honestly would have gotten our food faster if we were seated. This was for a surprise birthday partybut since the food was late, there was no surprise. The birthday girl was in time and the food was not. That was the entirepurpose of ordering early. So disappointed and will absolutely drive out of my way to another location when I order.

If I could do a lower rating I most certainly would!!! Been sitting for over 40 mins just waiting on rolls/breed. Also all my party of 4 cups are empty. Our server no where to been seen. If it wasn?t for my wife liking this place, this place would neverever see any of my business terrible service!!! I expected more from Cracker Barrel. Took a while to even write this and guesswhat drinks still empty?.. great job ????????????

Food portions and variety are way down but price is up. While we were seated right away. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to come to the table. Another 10 to get our drinks and 45 after that for our food. Didn't get our biscuits until the food came out.No offer when of anything when we complained about the wait. I was a server for 10 years and was completely disappointed andRARELY complain because I understand the industry but it was a complete disaster

Food is fine, might have to wait sometime to be seated on holidays or weekends.
