Subway - Granite Bay

Although, the lady was really nice making our sandwiches, they will not honor the coupons from Subway. The coupon for 2 foot long sandwiches has exclusions, however, she said this Subway will only allow you to have the stripped down sandwiches for a coupon. I told her the coupon doesn't have that exclusion but she said this Subway has that exclusion.

Such a friendly and kind staff, felt very welcome and just overall great customer service! Clean environment! Would recommend!

Sign on store says they close at 9. Website and google and yelp say closes at 8:30. Came in at 7:50 and the single person working was already closing up and said we had ten minutes. Kind of stinks. At least the person working was friendly.

I can not say enough about the Crew here!!They go above and beyond to get to know their customers and maintain relationships.I would ? recommend this establishment!

Employees were nice and the restaurant was clean but this Subway is notorious for being very skimpy with the items on the sandwich. Every time I get a sandwich from there I have to ask for more vegetables and sometimes the Employees tell me that they will get in trouble for giving extra anything.
