Captain D's - Grandview

Tatiana welcomed me when I came in and waited patiently when I made a decision on the order. Your special offers on the board are affordable and fill. My order was prepared quite quickly (2-3 minutes). The fries were golden, but the fish came dark and tasted by old oil. The lobby and the toilets are clean and the drinks/drinks station was well organized.

Good value for what you get. I had fish and chicken and the chicken was hard and a bit dry. Fish was good. Next time I get the fish. My older parents had crabcakes they loved. Great value and the young lady at the switch was very fast and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was even better than I had hoped. The service was fast and friendly and the food was really good for fast food seafood. The hush puppies were on the spot. The fried Okra wasn't great, but I've never been a big fan. The fried fish and shrimp were on site. My daughter tried the lemon pepper white fish on rice and it was sit-down restaurant quality. I mean, it's a fast food place, but it was good.

I love Captain D's. I love the food but here's the deal. They need to work on cleaning the place. The floors are always super greasy and as a person who has a significant other who is visually impaired it's very hard for people to get around on a very slippery floor. The manager is always wonderful. The staff are always very polite and willing to go above and beyond to make your visit Pleasant. Only thing I bad that I could say is that they need to work on cleaning the place.
