Hotel de l'Abbaye - Grande-Riviere

We just spent two days in this hotel. The staff is very pleasant, the hotel, the rooms and the spa are very clean. Unfortunately we spent two nights in Room 104 under the restaurant!! It can be understood that a restaurant is noisy, heel noises, chairs, aspirator ... but a room should not be under this one when a service is paid at 788€ for two days in half board). We made it known to the host lady, asking to see the director at our departure. We were called the restaurant’s room manager who apologized but I saw him in the evening, after being mounted at 22:40 because we no longer bear the sound of the heels). But in the morning no apologies from the officials we have met several times! In addition we find it a pity not to have a choice during a half board 81€ per person. If we had been warned of this when booking we would have made the choice of the map because in terms of quality prices it remains expensive, but pay attention to the quality of the products as well as breakfast are very satisfying local products, work of the products, simplicity in the plate). To sum up very good place but the price quality report is not up to the level. By staying at your disposal of course.

Come this Friday for one night, in order to relax in love, we are really conquered by this hotel! On all points... The room is really beautiful with balcony and small table chairs, seen on the lake, the balneo bath, the decoration is really well seen, everything was clean, well done, well thought. The quality of the mattress, sheets etc ... The restaurant! It's all tasted. We ate great, service is neither too fast nor too slow, just what it takes. The very kind, very attentive staff, do not fail to bring you regular bread, ask you if everything is okay. Breakfast, also, of quality, with a good detox juice made in front of you with fresh products that I really enjoyed. The staff is really kind, with a little touch of humor. Everything is very well explained to you. The spa, what to say, top of the top! Besides, we had the chance to be really alone in the evening and in the morning, so it was a really great time to meet. Nice swimming pool, nice steam room. Our passage was short, we would have liked to stay longer and also discover the massage services, which I am certain must be as well as the rest. Little point for me, I join other opinions, it is true that the water of the pool would be some degree more, it would be the top of the top.. but otherwise nothing negative to add to this establishment. We'll come back for sure! We don't regret having tried two hours' drive to relax in love. Thanks to the whole team for your kindness.

We spent a pleasant stay, beautiful site, comfortable hotel, beautiful decoration, very friendly and very professional staff, delicious meals... Swimming pool and superb Spa! We enjoyed it! We'll probably be back again!

Fine dishes and excellent. I recommend the creamer of the white jura. A nice address. The price a little too high according to my budget, but it's a gault and vintage!
