Ramona Pizza & Family Restaurant

My husband and I have been loyal Ramonas customers our whole lives, literally! It has always been our go to and kids have loved it since they started eating. HOWEVER, the last few months, Ramonas has gone downhill drastically! Their pizza used to be piled high with toppings. They always perfectly cooked their crust, and it was the perfect thickness. This unfortunately is no more. They have increased their prices, which is justified, but they have decreased the amount of toppings they put on. The crust is so thin it flops around and is always over cooked. How do you increase prices and then decrease the amount of food you give? We have given them multiple opportunities to make things better, tried the Railtown location which was worse), and the first few times it was bad we chalked it up to a rough day but after 6 times of horrible pizza it's not a bad day anymore. We are so disappointed to stop supporting a place that's a local legend, an OG but at this point we have no other choice. :

Not impressed with their pizza or their wings at all. first and last time on that order delivery. Also why do I need to write more to submit a statement. I think I said enough.

Ordered food, delivery would arrive in 1 hour. It’s now 1 hour AND 50 minutes later. Called Ramona’s and it’s on its way. It finally arrived buts it’s someone else’s order. So now it’s late and to late to order elsewhere. Ramona’s need to get their system in check and the delivery person. This place don’t even deserve one star.

We have been to the new Ramona’s 2 times and just ordered take out last week. All 3 times there was something wrong. Their pizzas are really good, but they just can’t get an order correct.

When we originally tried their pizza last year it was fabulous. If the boss guy doesn’t make it there’s always a problem. The Ramona special we asked for no olives and no shrimp.(replace with beef and tomatoes . And we ask make the pizza and put tomatoes on top and then put it in the oven. This has caused a consistent problem they just don’t seem to understand we don’t want cold slices of tomato. Last time we ordered we had no tomatoes and we had no bacon.(it was a very bland pizza The honey chicken, had no sauce at all and also no bacon. These are ordered at times when the restaurant isn’t busy ,there’s no excuse. And you also have to stress for them not to over cook the pizza. This was a take out order. Our mistake was not checking the pizza before we left.
