Moxie's Grill Grand Prairie

My family of five, including a baby, had dinner around 6 pm at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we forgot to get the name of our server, but she was phenomenal and truly passionate about her job. The service was excellent, so keep up the good work to the lady with long hair and wearing eyeglasses. The food was also great.

It was good except for the fact that when we walked in there was a group of 3 girls chatting and swearing. I’m just glad we didn’t have kids with us.

Booked reservations through OpenTable the day before but they weren’t aware if it when we arrived at the restaurant so weren’t ready for our group. Only one server working during lunch rush. She was doing her best but the manager just stood by and watched her struggle instead of helping. Took almost 45 minutes to get the bill so we could leave despite asking numerous times, left without utensils for ten minutes after the food was dropped off so couldn’t eat despite asking a few times for forms, items that were ordered never got brought to the table. Overall very disappointing experience

The main course, a mushroom steak, was good, but the appetizer, whipped feta with roasted tomatoes, tasted terrible. The white sangria drink was very good. The waitress was friendly but did not ask about the food. Overall, it was okay.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious and served promptly.
