Great Lakes Pizza Co - Grand Sudbury

My partner and I ordered pizza and salad to be delivered to our hotel on October 1st. The delivery was quick and the service was friendly. Most importantly, the pizza was tasty and the salad was fresh. We will definitely be ordering from Great Lakes Pizza on Regent Street again.

We ordered from the LaSalle location and can confidently say that Great Lakes is the best in town! The customer service is exceptional, with staff thanking you and expressing gratitude for your business. The delivery driver was friendly and respectful. The pizza is absolutely delicious, with Hawaiian being our favorite. Some may consider it a bit expensive, but the quality of the ingredients justifies the price. The pizzas are well-made, with toppings staying in place and not sliding off as you eat. Great Lakes is the only place we choose to order from.

I visited the Regent shop to pick up some pizzas. I had difficulty understanding the staff member at the counter, but the name on the pizza box was Dave. When I got home, I realized that I had received the wrong pizzas. I returned to the shop and saw a woman picking up her order. I advised her to check her pizzas, and it turned out they were mine. I took them, and she had to wait for new pizzas to be prepared for her. It was a mix-up with two orders for Dave. They should improve their check-in process with customers. By the time I got home, the pizzas were lukewarm.

We had heard good things about the pizza here and we were not disappointed. The pizza was hot, inexpensive and delicious. Plus the staff was super helpful and nice. We’ll be ordering again soon.
