Que Onda - Grand Sirenis

We started eating here years ago and eating is consistently good. during our two weeks in akumal we ate here once. the bruscetta is the best I have ever tasted, not miss. I think about the months between our annual holiday. I have tried the lasagna, chicken fillet, auberginenparmesan and pastas; pomodoro, pesto, gorgonzola and aribiata. the aribiata says it is sharp and they do not lie, it was delicious spicy. not for sissies! portions are generous, except the Auberginen-Pamesan. it was the same price as the chicken fillet that came with rice and sweet. when it came, all six of us stared at him because we couldn't believe that everything I got. Although it's delicious and it's a close second at my beloved bruscetta, it was tiny. I guess it's a compliment to the cook that I wanted more, but. the limonade refreshes after a hot day in the sun. we never had space for dessert. the service is fast and the young lady who served us is very polite. it was busy at all places, but not so busy that the kitchen could not get up. We went a few times to this place. really good Italian food, friendly, sweet staff and attentive service. not unusual or pretentious. comfortable neighboring connection. great value. they put it on their lists.

This has proved to be one of our favourite restaurants in our five-week holiday! it is a long road full speed bump, but it is worth the ride. the personal is lovely. we had so many nice dishes between us, but my favorite was. garnel with sweet chili sauce. also the frutti de mar with the red sauce was great.

This was our first condo vacation in Akumal. We were fortunate enough to be staying close to three fantastic restaurants Que Onde was fantastic! This was just a short walk from our condo at Nahil. The menu was lovely, and my husband, being Italian,...is very picky about his pasta. We both liked the look of the Pasta Primavera. It blew any other pasta dish we have EVER had out of the water. Suffice to say we were in Akumal for nights and of them were spent at Que Onde! Pedro and the staff were wonderful! FIVE stars for this tucked-away little piece of heaven in Akumal!

Arrived to this lovely quiet palapa. It has several couch areas to enjoy drinks with friends and plenty of seating. Many tables were set up for very large groups. decorated very tasteful. Open air dining but protected very well in bad weather. We had the...lobster, shrimp, and calamari pasta. The calamari was the best I have had. So tender and a great flavor with the red sauce. Shrimp was sweet and tender as well. I ate my lobster so fast I apologize for not being able to describe it but I was hungry. I know it was good though. Also it was too dark for a good photo. But it is a beautiful place.
