Richie's Grill - Grand Saline

My husband and I stopped on the way home from Pope's Landing.... I can't say how much I enjoyed it. I ordered the Shrimp Enchiladas, and he had the fried fish. The shrimps were perfectly cooked. The sauce was delicious. His catfish was the best part. I know how good can fried cats be? I'd drive from Burleson to order it. The dough was not clumpy, the fish was light and fluffy... and I didn't have to drown it? in tartaric acid sauce to dress the fishy taste. Go to them! Stop and command what you want. I believe that everything is as good as what we had.

Food is good, prices are good, our waiter is very good (David). He was very nice, polite and accommodating.

We were finally able to try Richie, and it was really good. My husband and I were both happy with our decisions. I had a south-west salad and the chicken was perfectly cooked. So many places serve dry chicken, but that was not the case at all. It was so delicate that I could cut it with a fork. My husband had the Carne Asada. He was also very satisfied with his choice. I tried a bite of him, and I agree it was good. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I look forward to trying out other menu items.

I chose the ribeye. It was cooked perfectly. The staff was very accommodating. Really like the changes made in the decor. I plan to make some kind of contribution to their free Thanksgiving feast.
