Starbucks - Grand Rapods

The coffee is consistently good at this restaurant, however, the staff can be quite rude. My mother and I entered the establishment ten minutes before closing time. While we understand that employees may want to go home soon, the barista greeted us in a snotty manner, informing us that they were closing in five minutes. Despite this, she quickly prepared our drinks. However, when we thanked her, she ignored us and did not respond. Overall, her behavior was very unpleasant.

The drinks were delicious, but the service was poor. They were very slow, and it took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive.

I recently ordered a large coffee and received a cup that was only half full. Very disappointed.

They actually got my order for dairy-free, allergen safe drinks right! Kudos.

Tied with the Amway location for the best Starbucks employees! Although this location may be just a peep higher on the scale as their employees are SO enthusiastic and fun. While this location is always super busy, it can be worth it :
