Brewery Vivant - Grand Rapods

For us BV is a great reliable neighborhood place. Want to give a special shoutout to Elsie. She’s fabulous and always steers us with great pairings, so much so that we lament that she’s never our server! What’s up with that?

. We love Brewery Vivant and are mug club members we go for the beer, the atmosphere, the food, and the people. We’ve never had a “bad” server or dining experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Elsie. Listen, Elsie is amazing. She is incredibly competent, attentive, and thoughtful (she brought a kids water cup out for our baby she saw a need and filled it without us needing to ask). She is HILARIOUS (I’m waiting for her to do a comedy show), she is kind, she is just all around lovely. We will obviously continue going to Vivant, but people like Elsie make it that much more enjoyable.

Let Remy be your guide, and you will undoubtedly have an elevated dining experience! He helped us settle in on a few beers to pair off with the appetizers we had selected. We couldn't have been happier with how the beer's flavor profile changed with or without food. If Remy recommends bacon, say yes. If he suggests customization for dessert, say yes to that too! Great beer, great food. But the friendly and knowledgeable staff made the visit memorable for us. We can't wait to visit here again.

Elsie is the best! Super great person to have on your staff. Love her!
