The Bob - Grand Rapids

Bobarinos was great! They were busy and understaffed like most restaurants these days, so the service was a tad slow, but Alyssa (our server) was unambiguously doing their best revolving like crazy and apologised for delays. The pizza was delicious, ambience great downtown GR, and very fair price. Juels Hudson is also brilliant BTW.

Music was Way too loud for a restaurant, long wait for food, server was attentive, terrible pizza

Food portions extremely small. Sliders were dry and not much inside it. Very loud music made it hard to talk. Service was slow and there wasn’t many people in there.

The service was on the slow side but the food was delicious!

I'm very disappointed. We were a party of 8 for a birthday and Bobarinos was closed and I'm still trying to figure out why you showed that there were seats available when The BOB is out of business, they are selling the place. Shame on you for not keeping your app up to date and making sure the restaurants are even open for business. I will not use your app again, as the person that made the reservation, I was humiliated infront of my Husband and friends. Disappointed is not a strong enough word to explain my feelings. Customer service is definitely not top on your list.
