Bidra med feedbackLoved this spot, the food was delicious and the coffee was strong. I loved the theme, decor, ambiance, and our hostess (red hair) and server were awesome. My only regret was not taking a cinnamon roll to go! We got there at opening, around 9am on Sunday and it was empty! When we left after 10am that restaurant started to fill up. When I'm in GR again I will definitely stop by this place for brunch.
We ordered two appetizers and two entrees. They have a pretty disperse menu. Seems like they started with hometown favorites and then slowly added quirky items to the menu through kitchen taste testing and trial n error. Appetizers we ordered included Korean cheese corn dogs. They can w a drizzle of hot cheeto infused sour cream. That?s the pink sauce you see in the photo. The sauce?s color wasn?t particularly appetizing but it tasted fine. It?s def not an overtly spicy ???? flavor. We ordered the poutine and it was pretty good. I just really wish it had been served with more gravy on top. That was a common theme throughout. Maybe it?s a choice due to presentation but I would?ve loved more sauce on the chicken parm sandwich as well. My husband ordered a couple unique hotdogs. Both were pretty tasty. One had everything but the chicken sink? things like bacon and baked beans and mustard and tomatoes. The other had chili cheese and jalapeños. We enjoyed the experience. Our server was kind and attentive. I was surprised they weren?t busier for a Saturday evening but the weather was really chilly. Seems like the restaurant is really the place to be ona. Warm sunny day due to the massive patio area.
Awesome restaurant! I had a vegetarian chili dog $5) and fries $6) with delicious Royals sauce. My child had biscuits and gravy with eggs $12). Food is homemade and delicious. The service is awesome. The restaurant is spotless. Highly recommend!
Great service, lot's of great options for both dogs and burgers, and they even have vegan dogs that taste as good as their meat alternative!!! They have a deal on Tuesdays that's 2 dogs, a beer, and fries for $12 making it a perfect midweek destination. Full bar and a midsized selection of beers both on draft and in cans/bottles makes it easy to find a good drink. Will have to go back and check out brunch sometime!!!
A definite must try for brunch lunch! The atmosphere is old school diner with a nice bright feel due to lots of natural light. Party tried so many different brunch lunch items and no one had any complaints. Everything was prepared well, tasted great, and service was top notch. Vegan options available made it a great spot for our large party!
