Reserve Wine & Food - Grand Rapids

My partner and I, as season ticket holders for Broadway Grand Rapids ' 2021-22 season, had been eager to dine at Reserve, one of their restaurant partners, throughout the year. We finally had the opportunity to try the food, but unfortunately did not feel welcomed upon our visit. Initially, our server was friendly, greeted us with a warm welcome, and was knowledgeable about the menu. However, when we mentioned wanting to redeem a 20% off offer from Broadway Grand Rapids when the check arrived, the server's demeanor changed drastically. They seemed to be bothered by the request for a new check and their attitude towards us became unfriendly and unwelcoming, which left us feeling disappointed.

My husband and I had an amazing time at the Reserve. The food was outstanding, the drinks and wine were top-notch, but what really made our night special was our waiter, Aiden. He was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile for us. We will definitely return whenever we are in Grand Rapids. Don't hesitate to dine at this restaurant. You won't regret it!

Reserve is now on my go-to list for Grand Rapids. Very fun dining room on the first floor if you're interested in a great night with a group of friends. The second floor dining is more private and quieter if that's what your looking for. There was agreat set of options for this of us that were meat eaters and vegetarian. The wine list is very complete and you'll definitelyfind something you like. Thumbs up all around.

Our experience at Reserve was truly memorable thanks to the wonderful staff and delicious food. We visited for the Summer Happy Hour charcuterie drinks special and were not disappointed. Chef Luke, who was in the kitchen that night, deserves high praise. The outdoor dining area had a great ambiance. Our server Chris and hostess Olivia were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We want to thank all the staff for making our birthday celebration so special. We will definitely be returning.

Our experience at The Reserve was worth every penny. While staying in Grand Rapids for the night visiting from Chicago we were treated to outstanding service from our server Alyssa. She had so much sophisticated knowledge and passion for everything on themenu. The charcuterie was the best I?ve had options we cannot find in Chicago. Also the wine selection can?t be beat. Everycourse didn?t miss a beat. Would love to return and make a special trip for a special night here. Thanks Alyssa and reserveteam!
