Bidra med feedbackWell, I can tell you that the owners of this place love clean facilities, and beautiful places. I have an old fashion and it actually came with a square ice cube. The chic sandwich was amazing and the pommes were blown. You have recycled napkins, paper straw, and there house Vodka is Titos. The bill for a person was $22, but it was good beyond. What I have in place that have 10 dollars drinks is that they are usually made right.
This vegan LOVES Citizen!!! I visited for the first time a month ago to enjoy their tiki style drinks. I also had her spicy Tofu sandwich (Bahn Mi, I think it is) and OMG, I did not stop thinking how good it is! Jesus! Luscious! Krispy on the outside! So satisfied! I just ordered the same sandwich for picking up and swallowing it in my car because I believed it so much! The spicy pommes are also the bomb. I can't say enough good things.
Cool atmosphere. The owner (Rachel Le) smiled and helped the guests at the door. Had a little problem with an appetizer. Quickly resolved. Great addition to Grand Rapids restaurants
My stomach needed lunch when I drove Plainfield Ave down. From the corner of my eye I saw a colorful restaurant with outdoor seating. I turned my car, found a lot of parking in my back and sat in a relaxing atmosphere that transported me to tropical memories. I sat when the proposed service lasted a few minutes to find me. Once they did, they were attentive and friendly while serving with smiles. I had the Huli Huli chicken and I say without hyperbole, it's the best chicken sandwich I ever had in a restaurant. The Togarashi frits were simply sharp enough to let my taste buds know they were alive without the heat falling back. Price is Midrange there are some less expensive small plates, but expect an average of $13 per meal. This is just like most restaurants in downtown GR. I will definitely be back and I recommend the Huli Huli chicken. Enjoy!
I’ve been here 3 times now. Each time the drinks have been stellar (especially held up to more talked about local cocktail bars), on theme, and patiently explained by the staff. Everyone has been friendly and attentive, but not overly so. The food is exactly what I’d hope...suitably Pacific Island inspired, but accessible and tasty. By the way, the guy who left the 1 star review gave a 5 star review to the Sprint store. The opinion is void. Next!
