Chicken Coop - Grand Rapids

If I could give this place one star I would. Lady told me my food would be ready in 3 minutes , 20 minutes later I’m still waiting. I get my food , the chicken taste like popcorn butter , the fries soft as bread and the cake I also ordered was dry as ankles in the winter. She tried to give me a Coke as a “complimentary gift” for the wait but that was flat and also expired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Customer service is excellent. The owners are very generous and courteous. The food is outstanding. I love Chicken Coop fried fish: cod, cat smelt fish.I highly highly recommend this place. My friends neighbors ordered lunch. They all loved it and want to return soon.Vegetarian options: All vegetarian items Chicken Coop have are great choices.

At about 630 pm Friday 4!16/23 I called chicken coop on division street and told the lady that answered the phone I had a couple questions about their menu.I asked if they sold livers she said no and abruptly hung up.I called back and said ma’am we must have got cut off I had another question then she just hung up before I could ask it.if I gotta pay someplace else more to do it I will,I’ll never waste my time with chicken coop again.

Nice customer service. Food was cooked fresh and served hot. Affordable prices.Vegetarian options: Cheese Broccoli Bites, Fried mushroom pickles cauliflower cheese sticks, etc.Parking: Nice-sized parking lot. Parking would be better if lot was repaved and parking lines were added.
