Whataburger - Grand Prairie

Terrible service and terrible management. Ordered curbside and waited. 20 min later go in and have to wait in line. Guy in front of me ordered and no lie the guy taking his order walks away and another walks up and asks what the guy wants to order. After voicing my complaints I'm looked at like they did me a favor, that they had a big order... After picking up my order from the bottom shelf when I got there.

One of the better whataburgers in the DFW area. Definitely served me some good breakfast today. Line was long but I had time to spare so no worries. And a long line usually means good fresh food in my books.

Good food but terrible service, especially if you come late at night like we did. Since it was like 2 AM when we arrived, only the drive thru was open. Despite there only being like 5 cars in front of us, it still took nearly an hour before we were able to leave with our food! Also, be extra sure to double check your order before leaving! Luckily I tasted our drinks while sitting and waiting for the rest of the order because one of them was wrong!

If I could give this Whataburger a minus 5 I would. I placed my order on my app at 5:45pm 7/14/22 for curbside. I arrived at 5:55pm. A sweet employee brought me my drink. I still did not have my order of 2 burgers,ff onion rings at 6:20. I went inside was told it wasn't ready. I observed there was a manager and an employee at the registers. Maybe 10 employees at the kitchen and drive-thru. I still didn't have my meal at 6:45. I asked for a refund and was told I since I had ordered on the app the mgr had no authority to refund me. I asked for a compensation of a drink and 2 pies and was told no. I advised the mgr that I witnessed an employee grabbing a handful of fries from a drive in window order. Nothing was done. At 7:10pm I had my order. The sweet girl that had first served my tea in the car added an apple pie. Upon arriving at home, I sent an email to corporate and the general mgr. Today is 7/19/22 and I have not had a response.

I was not happy with my driving experience.. Young men waited on me was so busy talking to his friends and asked him how many times I can't tell you how much is it that I owe you I says is it $10.60 he said yeah $10.60.At this time I'm so aggravated with him and tired I just took the money he gave me and left. So the next time I come through that party town I will not stop at that butterburger again.
