Pho Duc - Grand Prairie

I rate all areas 5 stars! Excellent customer service and the Pho was great. Also tried a new beer I highly recommend, Tsingtao Beer.

This place serves loose leaf tea and it was really delicious! Food came out quickly and everything was turned out great! We will be returning for more!

THE WORST DISCRINATING RESTAURANT IN MY LIFE! WITH NO HOSPITALITY SPIRITS WHATSOEVER.

Got grub hub delivery. So of course i paid extra to try this place ?, we got salt and pepper wings and they had no flavor, they were also so over cooked they were completely dried out and hard to eat. My husbands beef stew was missing completely from our order. My pho tasted like nothing. I had to add all the condiments they provided into the broth and then some that i had in my fridge. I left 90% of it uneaten, the noodles were falling apart and i couldnt eat those even if i tried. The fried rice was different, it had whole shrimp with the tail on. The fried rice was the least terrible thing we ordered. The spring rolls had shredded lettuce in them i guess thats also something they do differently. Egg rolls were normal and good.

The waitress was very polite and helpful with our order. Brisket and meatball Pho was amazing and filling in addition to the spring roll sides. We will definitely be back often.
