Bidra med feedbackThis local joint is in a little strip mall off 360 that is easy to miss, but it shouldn?t be missed! I had the Chowboy burger, which was cooked well (I was too hungry to remember to take the before pic so all I have is my empty basket? . The BBQ sauce, relish, and friend onions on it were excellent. My server, Kenya, was exceptional! She helped me come to a decision as there area wide array of burger and fry options, and she makes the best sweet tea I?ve found so far in North Texas!! Looking forward toreturning and trying out more of the menu!
Just left this place. I was hungry after being on the road for 6 hours to attend a conference. Onion rings and fried pickles shouldn't look dark and burnt. They taste like old grease. Spent $24.09. I tipped before I left out of courtesy but will informother colleagues if they choose to dine there to make sure they check their food. I'll eat the burger only because I'm veryhungry.
Great place for a drink or to eat something. this place is located in a strip-like mall behind a convenience store and next to a few hotels, so the outside doesn't look like much. when 4 women travel, I would probably not have been here to eat out the hotel if I hadn't seen a few families coming. I'm glad we did it. we landed there for a snack and a few drinks a night and lunch on another day. a visit 1 we had fried pickel, cheese curds, wings and drinks. all fab! the second visit we ordered hot dogs. the homewrecker is enough to feed 2 and is delicious. the service is somewhat slow because they are really busy and seem only 1 server at a time, but eating is worth waiting and they are all very friendly. I would eat here regularly if I were out of the opposite.
I ate here twice while I was in town for a class. The burgers are different from your usual burger joint and they're pretty good. The first night I had the Chicken Fried burger. I had never seen so.ething like that before. It was pretty good but i could have had more white gravy and the gravy could use some more spices. Still a thumbs up tho.The second day I had the Irish Nacho burger. I was good although I could really see the connection to the name.My friend had the mushroom burger which he really liked. The food probaly gets a 5 but the facility could use some sprucing up. My first impression was a little low. It could use some cleaning. The high-top tables are kinda ugly with all the business cards and junk stuffed in them. The men's bathroom has some exposed plumbing going on that I'm sure doesn't fit any code.Anyway, I'd still go back.
I had the Irish Nacho burger absolutely a great concept and price point was okay. But, order yourself a tall beer and hang outside at a picnic table for 30 minutes because it's going to take awhile before you get the food. Then, you realize you've just spent $25 for a burger, fries and a big beer. A reasonable deal.
