Main Event Grand Prairie

We live in Fort Worth and had never been to this location, that being said, we were not impressed. We played pool, and not one staff member came to see if we wanted anything to eat or drink, and there were a minimum of 4 staff members in that area. I finally had to go the entrance of the kitchen to get someone's attention to order some fries and a drink. We did get the fries quickly, but when asked what else I needed I said silverware, the silverware never showed up. The gentleman walked by our table at least 3 more times, did not bring the silverware and would not even look our way as I was trying to get his attention. Also, nobody likes to make eye contact with you, so back to the kitchen entrance I go, where two other men looked at me but didn't acknowledge me either until a woman way in the back said something to them and pointed in my direction. One of the men came over, rather begrudgingly, and I asked for the silverware and napkins and he did not say one word to me. We had to go seek someone out so we could pay (and we actually wanted a dessert, but again, when nobody comes to check on your table, it's rather hard to order anything) and that process took another 10 mins to finish up. I'm not sure what the deal was, it definitely wasn't lack of staff, there were plenty of staff members there in that bar area, but nobody took it upon themselves to show some hospitality. We were very disappointed in our experience at this particular location. We'll stick to the Fort Worth location.

My summer camp and I came here for our end of the summer party, and the employees gave us outstanding customer service. The host Dayla was very accommodating to our kiddos needs, she was very patient with us the entire time. Everything was clean, up-to-date, and very user-friendly. I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back!

This is a great place to have fun out of the heat. Best time to go is before noon due to cost and you can do more things.

Their desserts are outstanding with great presentation and great taste. It's very family friendly, with lots of colorful lights , making you feel like you're in a futuristic setting. The servers were very welcoming, making me want to come back again.

85% of the games do not work here. They take your credits and do not work. Almost every game we tried to play did not work. I brought my 3 kids with me, a 4 year old, 5 year old, and an 11 year old. They were really disappointed the games didn’t work. When we went to grab food to be seated there wasn’t a host, we had to walk around and ask permission to be seated. The soap dispensers in the bathroom are all broken, there is no soap only hand sanitizer. How do your employees ever wash their hands if there’s no soap? I will be calling their corporate office and also reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau.
