Dunkin' - Grand Prairie

I asked for lemonade they said it was seasonal, I asked for peach mango refresher that was pictured on the screen also none because it 's seasonal . Asked what they had and ordered a peach refresher. Asked for a 10 pack of variety munchkins, received this... a huge bag with 8 munchkins... regular, chocolate, and blueberry. Not very good customer service.

Went for a medium hot coffee and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. They had no bagels and brought me out a cold ice coffee. I was gonna buy a donut with the coffee but then they brought a ice coffee. I just asked for a refund because it really really was not what I wanted. Just not a good experience 2nd try at the DD.

Beating experience please do not go here these people are there to collect a check they do not care if the customer is satisfied or not. The coffee is so bad and the refreshers are even worst the green tea has an evil taste obviously they do not clean properly or let it sit overnight. Someone has to close this place downstairs.

I would give these people 5 stars if there was an option. I always ask for simple ice, always for years, and this is the first time that they give me my drink 3/4 full because their manager said that they did not allow to fill the cup all the way because they go out from the milk measurement. I am honest in shock and felt bad for the workers, so I just took it.

Delicious freshly made donuts. I love her. It's worth the ride: 5/5
