We loved this place! the rock island ipa was a great beer, a really smooth ipa with a delicious, caramel finish. but come here for the tomato meatball suppe! it was hooked. great atmosphere in the old church building and a very funny, friendly staff!

I honestly cannot think of a better first impression I had from a local restaurant/brewery. from the moment we went into us, we were treated like tribes, one of whom has proven to be one of the brothers of the co-owner, benjamin. I would recommend trying a handful of the $2 flavor direction, and make sure what is well sold on this day because they may run out. the passion for the creation of great eating and drinking is just as obvious from the enthusiasm of the staff as the quality of their offers. we ordered the lobster roll, reuben and a bowl of the Italian high-time soup. everything was excellent. I'm a little freak when it comes to the Italian high-time soup, and I can confidently say that this is the top notch. it was worth the ride, and we'll be back next time sharing the experience with friends.

Not too foot; run to brick haven brewing company in grand ledge for the lobster roll special. I just had this for lunch. it was wonderful. many delicious lobster meat in the proper split top-back, roasted. the pickel was very laborious to approve. Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna get this special before it goes off at this weekend. Finally, the staff are super friendly and ingenious. I'm not sure who took my phone instruction, but the fact that he always said my pleasure was wonderful for me. my man and I will return here to experience the rest of the menu. update: returned for the lobster roll special, but this time with a flight of brickhavens hard zidern and stouts. seriously, some of the cleanest, well defined stouts and more likely I had in a LONG time.

The sign out front is small. The brew served inside is big and bold. The Double IPA and Peanut butter Stout were my favorites. The Charcuterie Board was the best! Ben was a great host.
