HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! LADY THAT WORKS ON NIGHTS NEEDS TO BE FIRED !!!! THE TIMES I GO THERE AFTER WORK, SHE IS TOTALLY RUDE! WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD IT WAS NOT FRESH AT ALL ! I TOLD HER NICELY THAT I HAD ALSO ASKED FOR CHICKEN NUGGETS SHE SIGHS SHUTS THE WINDOW AND SLAMS WHATEVER IS IN FRONT OF HER AND STARTS TO AGRESSIVELY DO HER JOB , DOES NOT APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING THE OTHER EMPLOYEE HAD TO COME AND ASK ME WHAT SAUCE I WANTED BUT THEN I GET HOMEEE I OPEN MY 2QUARTER POUNDER DELUXE AND WHERES THE LETTUCEEEE ??? WHERE IS THE TOMATOES????? I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS PLACEEE !!!

Spent 20 mins waiting on food. Untill i called then a other 10 mins. The place wasn't even busy. Poor service and food did not even taste fresh.

We've never had issues at this restaurant... the employees are so nice... and very patient.. especially withpeoplewhogo thru thedrive with loud Huskys... always cleanand always friendly...

Really fast drive thru, food is mediocre. Good for a fast cheap meal on the run if you don't mind a little lower quality, extra cheap ordering in the app (free fries! With rewards you can't use with a special. Curbside pickup is even faster than the drive thru.

It's fast food, good fries, and good service most of the time. But the frappe machine is always down, so we started going to the other one downtown. That machine is almost always working.
