They said we lied about how many Jalapeño poppers we Ordered and they charged us for a water and it took them half an hour to get us everything They charge two dollars for the water and the jalapeño poppers they said they just dropped we’re cold and not warm They were very rude when we called and they were trying to tell us we lied to them about how we ordered the food
My breakfast sandwich was extremely hot and the potatoes were not even warm. Ordered and paid for my food, they had me pull around to the entrance with no other customers around.
Just went through the drive thru tonight and the service was amazing! Super friendly gal at the drive thru
Time for this burger King to be shut down. Don't bother, they don't want any buisness in person or thru the drive thru. Speak to you as an inconvenience when you've been standing for several minutes at the counter waiting for service listening to the woman in the front complain about co-workers. Their problems are not the customers issue nor should the customers be spoken to as if their buisness isn't wanted or needed. Unbelievably unprofessional, The owners and Manger of this establishment should seriously rethink their hiring practices. Don't waste your time, if your not Door Dash, they don't want your buisness.
