Mcdonald's - Grand Haven

Never do they get orders correct. Very unorganized McDonald'

Placed a curbside order for 4 hash browns and one iced coffee. Waited for roughly fifteen minutes until I finally got my food. Worker was vaping while bringing order out. Order was correct at least.Kid-friendliness: My kid is autistic and has a limited menu. McDonald's is one of the few places I can count on when I need him to eat something.

The drive thru is always fast. Fries are always salted, which is a big thing for me. ?

*VERY* patient cashier, unfortunately don 't recall her name. Had an elderly customer ahead of me who had heard of a regional deal on the radio but didn 't know if it was honored by this store. It was not. But she got her lunch with a couple bucks leftover on her gift card. One of them, at least, lol Nice lady I get lunch here every day! and awesome staff. Glad to be in line watching a Master at their Craft work their magic.

Useless, if you need help just go through the drive thru they won’t help you inside, sure they’ll acknowledge you but not help you.
