Sorry to say but our last 3 visits, we were missing food we paid for. And we enjoy Culver's but this is disturbing.

The girl at the window was super pushy and made me feel so uncomfortable that we ended up driving away and not even getting our food.It was difficult to read the menu because of the sun glaring onto it. We don't eat out much, and I certainly do not have their menu memorized. She should have been more patient instead of continuing to use the same poor tone of voice and repeated question.
