My dad went in to get our subs and Jacob had started to make them. When my dad had got in the building, Jacob had constantly walked away from his job and had been making rude remarks and had been very snotty.
Pathetically slow. Needs to hire more staff. And they dont offer a mlitary vet discount. No worries, I will not go back.
James and Jacob need to be educated on how to treat customers, my wife got her butt chewed because we put in to many orders in on the app,why have deals and an app if it's going to be a
Employees don 't acknowledge customers. We waited for 10 minutes before leaving. There needs to be some training here on customer service...Don 't expect to stop in for a quick bite ; this location consistently has slow service, employees that don 't acknowledge customers, and poor food quality.
