I usually order from the east grand forks dominos and have Never had a problem but I ordered from the Domino's on south Washington and I couldn't even eat the pizza. The dough wasn't even cooked, it was gross.
Today I have by far had the worst experience with Domino's. I am really considering never ordering from there again. The guy was yelling, talking over me, cutting me off mid sentence. They first told me my order was put into the computer right and charged me $87. I added it up and called back and repeated my order again another person has now told me my order was correct and says there is nothing we can do to help you. You do have a big order. I explained to him I'm ok with my big order but I want to pay for what I ordered. He tells me oh well and laughs to later find out that I was charged for 12 sauces instead of 4 like I was told multiple times was correct. Then I was told they had to refund me the whole order and recharge me but he will try to remember to put my refund receipt in the bag or i just may not get one and tells me to pay cash.(I never got a receipt)I talk to another guy and said ill just pay with another card so I can have a paper trail. He gets upset. There was so much more but fast forward I get my food I only have 3 sauces and my pizza is wrong after it was verified. I call back the guy I have previously talk to about paying another way now is yelling at me saying I only ordered 3 sauces. Even though the guy before told me I had 4 on my order. Now on to the pizza I ordered I specifically asked what meat came on the supreme, to take it off and just do ground beef. My pizza has pork and beef on it. He gets upset with me and says you just want a refund for the pizza. I said multiple times I don't feel we should have a problem. My order was messed up and I'm trying to get it fixed. He cuts me off again and starts just talking over me. I'm still trying to figure out what I did wrong? He ends it with now your pizza is going to take 45 minutes. I t was so intense and horrible customer service. I work for my money if I am spending almost $100 and you could care less if my order is even right is crazy to me. I hope they go back and listen to all the conversations and respond accordingly. When I worked for honey badgers they didn't tolerate that type of stuff. I'm just done now I'm out of 87 plus the 72 of the corrected price with wrong food and I get treated like this.
Cheesy bread with pepperoni dipped in garlic butter is my weakness.
Middle of pizza...not done enough.....That didnt taste very good..Come on....make me better..please
