L’impérial - Granby

We've tried various dishes: trout tartars (probably the best tartars I've ever had, crisp and tasty calf sweets, escargots, an original poutine, a lobster Mac N' Cheese (oh boy... and the tsartic T-Bone Steak. Everything was on the point, including the service, and the wine selection was very diverse. Restaurant l'Impérial is definitely a place to stop!

Wing last week with my friend and boy we were in a ride! I am extremely disappointed with my dinner, too cooked meat, no refinement, too expensive for this meal. We would have better cook at home...side human relationship, waitress very well, the owner a time may be condescending.
