I had an experience that will ensure that I never eat at this place again.Some context: I am a long time Lebanese food lover and a long time customer (well over 10 years) of this restaurant. I am very easy going normally.But, over the weekend I had an experience that will ensure that I never eat at this place again.I called to place a take-out order to start with, to save time because I was on a tight schedule. I was told that they don 't do this since some people don 't show up to claim their order. I was taken aback by this, but nevertheless, I decided to show up and place my order in person.When I showed up, I placed my order (which had at least one modification to the regular serving) and was very surprised that it had only taken 1 minute to prepare. This means it was prepared in advance, which is very uncharacteristic of these types of restaurants.I then confirmed my order modification with the attendant: no turnips? and she confirmed.When I finally arrived at my destination 10 minutes later, with my meal, the sandwich was very soggy (more soggy than a 10 minute drive can justify) and the sandwich was littered with turnips. 3 strikes. And as if that wasn 't enough, they cut the size of the garlic sauce given with potatoes by 2/3.I 'm thoroughly disappointed with this place and I will not be going there again.How can you look your customers in the face and serve them up this kind of treatment and lie about it?

It's always a pleasure to dine there. The portions are quite generous—you really have to push down on the lid to close the container! This is by far the best Lebanese restaurant in Granby, no question about it!
