I love to see it, “My shake Lady”. christina is the most knowledgeable, caring and fun health coach of all time! their food supplement shakes are a good and tasty alternative to eating fast. I lost 5 pounds in just a few weeks! it became a favorite part of my daily routine.
So a wonderful place. christina is so sweet and has a lot to know about nutrition?
