Wimpy - Grahamstown

Normally I'm not a Wimpy fan but something told me to go today and I was definitely not disappointed. The service was amazing, which is something considering the Grahamstown trend depicting otherwise, and our waitress even helped me out with my Xhosa. The food was great and for the price, it was more than generous. I went with my significant other and when we asked for a bar one waffle to share, instead of the expected two sets of cutlery they cut it into half for us and placed it on two smaller separate plates. Needless to say my heart was warmed.<br/ <br/ All things considered it was a great experience which I will most definitely be repeating.

They don't have any pancakes and waffles are served without whipped cream or ice cream and bacon is too fatty. Other than that the rest of the meal was good.

Grahamstown wouldn't be Grahamstown without the Wimpy at Pepper Grove mall. The trusted go to for a solid burger or just a good hangover breakfast with all the trimmings. Personally I'm at Wimpy for their coffee ... there is just something awesomely smooth and almost comforting about their coffee. Since upgrade in cup size I've never been more satisfied. Also very happy with the recent upgrade of this particular store as it was starting to need some TLC. Solid friendly service and the same Wimpy quality you would expect from any of the other franchises.

Good service at Wimpy GHT : a friend said that the steak was good and the chicken wasn't that grand. It was a good value for money. I had the bar one waffle which was super tasty :

So I decided to treat myself out to lunch.Even though I ended up going with the special choosing the breakfast option. Had a lovely meal and received such great service from Noma. The overall service from being seated, order taken, delivery of food and check up was reasonably quick.
