Eastern Buffet - Graham

I have eaten here several times and the food has always been great. Lots of different choices of meat, vegetables, fruits, soups and desserts. For the meat choices you get several different types of chicken, beef, fish and shrimp. There is something here for everyone. The service is always good. Not a lot of interaction but your drinks stay filled and your dirty dishes vanish before you know it. For dessert you have many options as well including cakes, cookies and ice cream to make a few. Overall this is a good place to come and the prices are reasonable.Parking: Plenty of parking out front in a large parking lot.

Very impressed. food was hot, fresh and delicious. environment was very authentic and calm with cultural music in the background. staff kept everything clean and ready for guests. I'd go again 100 times over.

OK... So this is a difficult review for me to do. On the one hand, I like the fact I never have to wait for a table... but if folks actually read my review, I may have to start making a reservation!!1. Quality... Let's start with the quality. In most buffets, the food quality, the cuts of meat and vegetables, are at best mediocre. Not here!! The food quality in every single respect is absolutely top shelf!! Excellent cuts of meat, fresh and perfectly crisp vegetables, the presentation and sauces are impeccable, and the flavor profiles better than most specialty restaurants!2. Value... mind boggling!! Most people would find it challenging to produce meals at home for the price of the buffet!! Given the quality, it would still be a bargain if it were twice as expensive, but recognizing their location, the restaurant has hit the perfect price point and is a great value for the money!!3. Authenticity... When you're talking about a restaurant featuring international cuisine, you want to know how legit the food is. I've lived and worked in China, and this could be in Southern China and wouldn't be out of place. The flavor profiles are excellent and that reliably.4. Overall Experience... I drive 30 miles to go to this restaurant regularly, and that despite there being a Chinese restaurant not 400 yards from my house. It's that good. And you'd never know, nor expect it in Graham, Texas. A hidden gem, indeed a treasure of a restaurant!!

Shocked to find a Chinese buffet in Graham that is so good. Tried almost everything and only thing I didn't like was the cocktail sauce
