A lovingly designed Auẞen area with many small details in the greenery, surrounded by the beautiful Thuringian forest on the edge of the Arnsbachtal. Several different areas in which one can let the soul bud. Staff are very accommodating and attentive and open to any wish. The menu is clear, but there is something for every taste. The food is very abundant, fresh and absolutely delicious! The fresh trout from our own breeding was the best we have ever eaten. Also the supplements and the salad (homemade and well tasted)...absolutely fantastic. We've got two more trouts that the owner caught and excluded. The overall price was more than reasonable! We like to come back! A hint to all foreigners: If you want to eat fish, call and order the day before.
