Bidra med feedbackAs I had the first bite of the swordfish tartare, a rainbow of taste opened up in my palate. And as another starter based on onion appeared on the table, the phrase “ I never knew onions could taste so good” was uttered. We were than treated by a heavenly truffle carbonara , melting in your mouth. We moved to involtini di Pesce Sciabola from South Italy, really good although if one wants to find a defect in fantastic, they locked consistency from one to the next. This was accompanied by an amazing Malvasia from Friuli … all this with a super friendly service and the best sunset on the water I have ever seen. We didn’t decided to go back and take some more first courses, and ordered the Cappelacci with zucchini and pesto. Again, the incredible contrast of taste and the freshness of the ingredients! The desserts were average, not quite as stellar as compared to the rest the amazing appetizers and first courses were hard to beat. Overall a great dining experience and I would advise to try to at least once !
We went to this restaurant as hotel guests and because of the amazing reviews... for a long time I wasn’t so disappointed with the food itself, not to mention the staff’s attitude. The food was simply horrible, how can you fail so badly a spaghetti with prawns (only 1 prawn and not even cooked, only marinated tasteless pasta) I seriously couldn’t believe on it after reading the reviews here. Totally not worth the price, we just ate this plus a desert not to destroy completely our night. Never again.
