Uprising - Governors Bay

Went to blocland, good for 30 minutes of climbing and sliding but not enough to keep interest of a 4 year old much longer than that.

It’s a pretty mint place but I find 20+ dollar day pass price a tad much especially considering the last time I was here there was construction being done (over half the space was barred off) and the price wasn’t adjusted accordingly. 2 dollars off isn’t exactly equatable. I’ll prolly be back though

Nice gym! Majority of problems seems slab by or overhang. Interesting route setting. Nice training area as well with the usual equipment (several hang boards Beast Master 1000 and 2000), weights, chinup bar etc. Staff were really friendly and accommodating! St

I’ve been a member here for a long time and it’s been perfect much better than having a regular gym membership. Great place for casual climbing too with a good cafe for the chillers

Awesome climbing wall, plenty to at for every level and grades felt reasonable. Absolutely covers all wall angles, nice vibes, nice cafe and upstairs tables and couch area to rest and snack. Aside from the standard setting walls covered in other reviews, you also get a 2017 Moonboard (some holds could be tweaked and re-aligned), tons of fingerboards, slightly overhanging woodie, big circuit board and a well-equipped gym, oh and how could I forget those dairy-free chocolate peanut butter slices! difficult for a lactose intolerant person to get good snacks at a wall sometimes, that stuff was really next level, congrats! would definitely recommend a visit
