Piren - Gothenburg

The menu changes every couple of months, but they consistently offer a vegan poke bowl. I enjoyed the jackfruit, mushrooms, and tofu as the main components of the dish. It always comes with a generous portion of fresh vegetables, black rice, and a delicious spicy mayo. While it is a bit pricier compared to some nearby options, I've never had a bad experience there.

This restaurant is a very popular spot for lunch, and it tends to get crowded during peak times, but there's good reason for that: they serve fantastic meals. The ramen here is outstanding! I particularly love the mushrooms and pak choi! There's a large bowl of spices available that you can add to your dish as well. Don't miss out on it! I’m not sure why Happy Cow describes it as a food truck, because it's definitely a real restaurant, although the Rolling Bistro also operates a food truck.
