Christmas table lunch, nice setting, good service and the staff gets a gold star, But unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Ex. Jansson's was dry and mushy. The meatballs were cooked and lay in some kind of shovel, the thick ribs were so dry that they were hard to chew and swallow and didn't have a hint of salt or pepper. The prince sausage almost burnt. The grav salmon was in a big pile, not funny. The hot smoked salmon in small dry cubes. The ham, on the other hand, was really juicy and good. The herring without remark, the cheese tray okay, but missing fruit and vegetables. And not some kind of dessert, like rice a la Malta, or cheesecake, but there was plenty of chocolate. Unimaginative, Similar to the food in bamba. Boring and tasteless, not worth the money.

This is my second favorite restaurant in Gothenburg. They offer a buffet with a delightful fusion of flavors that perfectly suits my taste.

Great spot for a rainy day. The salad buffet is lovely, but the dishes are often overcooked and dry. The coffee is barely drinkable.

The lunch buffet was beautiful and fresh. I just wish they provided more explanations about the dishes, such as the types of sauces and the types of meats used. As it stands, diners have to navigate three courses and guess what's in the buffalo dish.
