Bidra med feedbackA small cozy sushi restaurant. I wouldn't say it's totally authentic, but sushi has a unique note and beautifully decorated. better than many sushibars out there in the city. also, like a friendly owner.
In May 2022, I highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem of a restaurant. I tried the nigiri, including the mist soup, and everything from the cozy atmosphere to the soft background music enhanced my dining experience. The miso soup, nigiri, wasabi, and ginger were all spot-on. The only downside is that there isn't a designated dining area (there is one, but it's behind the counter and not for customers, I believe), which can be inconvenient during winter when you want to eat indoors and use the restroom. Thankfully, it was a sunny day in Gothenburg, so I enjoyed my sushi in the park.
The restaurant is very tiny but serves delicious food. They also offer a limited selection of Japanese craft beers from Hitachino Brewing Lab.
Delicious, good quality and fresh fish other ingredients. good packaging too.
This is an absolutely amazing place! The sushi here is the best I've had at this price point. The atmosphere inside is very relaxing. There are only two tables, each seating 4 people, so there might be a chance that all the inside seats are taken. However, don't let that discourage you from dining here!
